What does DOING relate to your business and personal success?  EVERYTHING!  Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is based on our ability to Do something for them.  Caring, communication, positive response, and affection cannot happen without the act of doing.  Mike will share personal experiences from being in combat to life after losing a child, and how he managed to make a difference by simply doing what he thought could not be done.

How many times has someone in your life told you to take the blinders off?  In most cases, that is sound advice.  However, Mike will discuss the reasons why people need to put the blinders back on from time to time.  Many times, our ambition is limited by what our mind tells us we can achieve.  Once we hit a certian threshold, we just stop because our mind tells us to stop.  There are times in our life when we need to put on the mind's blinders to push ourselves beyond our conscious limits.
