One-On-One Coaching (O3C)
Primo Solutions’ One-On-One Coaching (O3C) consists of
individualized coaching sessions geared to provide feedback on current
mystery shops and combat “speed sales
presentations.” It ensures critical components are
immediately implemented to achieve a successful mystery shopping
program through continued practice and application of newly acquired
techniques.
The Primo trainer will meet with individual agents for a pre-determined amount of time, “plug in” and sit side-by-side while individuals take calls and guide prospects through real-life selling. After each call, positive behaviors are highlighted, and missed opportunities identified in order to create an action plan for future presentations.
